To no one’s great surprise, the World Trade Organization (WTO) Appellate Body of three judges agreed with the original decision released last September on Brazil’s claim that the US was subsidizing cotton production inconsistent with its obligations under the WTO. 아무도 위대한 놀라게하기 위해, 세계 무역기구 (WTO)에 항소 바디 3 명의 심판이 원래 지난해 9 월 브라질의 주장에 대한 결정은 미국의 면화 생산 WTO의 의무와 일관성이 조성됐다 석방에 동의했다. The end of 2004 marked 11 years of experience in economic integration under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). 2004 년 말 북미 자유 무역 협정 (NAFTA)에서 경제 통합의 경험을 11 년했다. At a WTO Trade Negotiations Committee meeting in Geneva, Switzerland the week of February 14, Deputy US Trade Representative Peter Allgeier suggested an aggressive agenda for negotiations over the next two years. a WTO에 무역 협상 년 2 월 14 일 스위스 제네바에서위원회의 회의는 일주일 부장관은 미국 무역 대표부 피터 Allgeier 향후 2 년간 협상을위한 적극적인 의제를 제시했다. The process is already several years behind the schedule envisioned as part of the Uruguay Round Agreement that was completed in 1994. 이 과정은 이미 일정은 우루과이 라운드 협정의 일환으로 1994 년에 완성된 구상 년 뒤에 몇 가지있다. There is no logical economic reason to delay the process any longer. 거기 과정을 더 이상 지연 경제적 이유가 없다는 논리이다.

While developed countries are under pressure to sharply reduce domestic subsidies for agriculture in a new World Trade Organization (WTO) trade agreement, China is reducing taxes on production agriculture and increasing subsidies to farmers. 반면 선진국 압력이 크게 새로운 세계 무역기구 (WTO)에 무역 협정 국내 농업에 대한 보조금을 줄이기 위해 아래에 위치, 중국 생산은 농업과 농민들에게 보조금 증가에 대해 세금을 줄이는 것입니다. The Chinese Communist Party recently released “2005 No. 1 Document” outlining measures to support rural incomes, the second year in a row that the number one document has addressed this issue. 중국 공산당은 최근 "2005 년 농촌 소득 지원 1 위 문서"개요 대책을 발표, 2 년 연속이 문제는 하나의 문서 번호를 해결 하였다. Rural peasants have traditionally provided the backbone of support for national governments and discontent in rural areas has not gone unheeded. 시골 농부 죽은게 아니라 배려하고있다는 전통적으로 국가 정부와 농촌 지역의 불만에 대한 지원의 백본을 제공하고있다.

In late January the Economics Minister from Switzerland, Joseph Deiss, told reporters that ministers from 25 countries met at the World Economic Forum in Davos and agreed to step up the pace of the Doha Round trade talks so an agreement could be reached in 2006. 늦은 1 월 경제 장관은 스위스, 조셉 Deiss에서 기자 인터뷰에서 25 개국 다보 스에서 열리는 세계 경제 포럼에서 장관과 만나 2006 년 합의에 도달 될 수 있도록 도하 라운드 협상의 속도를 단계로 합의했다.
