As the time for critical decisions in the Doha round of trade negotiations has arrived, politicians, business people and trade policy analysts have become increasingly distracted by the price of petroleum and government interventions in energy markets for political reasons. 도하 라운드 무역 협상의 중요한 의사 결정을위한 시간으로, 정치인, 사업 사람과 무역 정책 분석가들은 석유와 에너지 시장에서 점점 더 정치적인 이유에 대한 정부 개입의 가격으로 산만가 도착했습니다. The 2006 negotiations on a new WTO trade policy agreement will unofficially begin January 25-29 on the sidelines of the annual World Economic Forum gathering of world political and economic leaders in Davos, Switzerland. 새로운 정책을 비공식적으로 합의 1월 25일부터 29일까지 세계의 연례 세계 경제 포럼 모임의 사이드라인에 스위스 다보 스에서 정치 · 경제 지도자에 2006 년 WTO에 협상을 시작할 예정이다 무역. Limited progress in the Doha Round negotiations of the WTO has caused some people to suggest that the era of negotiations to reduce market access restrictions and other trade distorting domestic policies has passed and the way to move toward a more open world trading system is by using the WTO dispute resolution process to enforce the existing rules.
